    1. How to Join:

      • Who Can Enter: Both amateurs and professionals are welcome.
      • Cost to Enter: Free.
      • Sign-Up Deadline: May 22nd.

    2. Baking and Display Guidelines:

      • Baking Requirement: Participants must bake their own cookies.
      • Amount Required: Bring at least two dozen cookies to ensure there are ample samples for both judging and tasting.
      • How to Present: Please display your cookies on a clean and tidy plate or container.

    3. Selection of Winners:

      • "People's Choice" Award: Winners will be chosen based on votes from attendees.

    4. Rewards:

      • Trophies for the top three contestants.
      • Prizes for the top three contestants are gift certificates provided by Pappy + Harriet's Pioneertown Palace, The Red Dog Saloon, The Tiny Pony, Snake Bite and The Copper Room.

    Event Timing: Setup is from 9 to 9:45 AM on Sunday, May 26th. The judging and tasting phase will run from 10 to 11:45 AM. Winners will be declared and prizes awarded at about 12:30 PM, following the Pony Express mail drop and other announcements.

  • Pioneertown Roadside Cleanup 6-09-2024

    Keeping Pioneertown clean is a priority for the Friends of Pioneertown. Every quarter volunteers clean-up crews pick up litter along a 6 mile stretch of Pioneertown road. On Sunday,  June 9th we’ll be meeting at Fire Station 38 (5380 Mountain View Road) in Pioneertown at 9AM. If you are interested in volunteering please register. If you have difficulty registering, you can join us at 9AM on the day of the event.
